DC-powered Glass Lifter
Design to use with hoist equipment for lifting, the lifters employ vacuum to support a load with DC power. It can perform manual tilt or rotation movements for complete daily glass handling and transport.
In the plant, it can transport glass from storage to processing area, pack glass into crates, or load onto truck for shipping. In the construction, it can handle and install curtain wall, sunny roof and shed.
Features
- Two batteries as a set of power, no external power required.
- As of use-with-hoist design, it is flexible to use where need it.
- An LCD screen with low power flash shows the batteries level for easy judgment.
- Energy saving system stops to run the pump when it is sufficient vacuum.
- Vacuum compensation system can sensor and restart the pump when it is insufficient vacuum.
- Be suitable for small and medium glass processors and contractors.
